Ana has misunderstood something and I don't think I'm going to correct her - maybe not ever.
Here are a couple of definitions for you:
Slumber party - when one or more people spend the night at the host/hostess' house, all sleeping together in one room/bed/etc.
Ana's definition of slumber party - when someone sleeps over at your house, in a different room, and you sleep in your own bed.
At this point, Ana's had around 7 slumber parties and she couldn't be more thrilled. Bedtime goes about like this:
Ana, time for bed now.
Okay.
Ging-a-ling, (her grandmother who is staying with us right now) are you going to have a slumber party with me?
Um, yes.
You will sleep in the downstairs room?
Yes.
Okay! That's a fun slumber party! Goodnight!
I don't have to deal with pantry raids in the middle of the night, giggle fests, "Light as a feather, stiff as a board", or trying to freeze someone's panties overnight. I like this slumber party thing.

Can you freeze knickers overnight? I never had a slumber party until I was in college, at which point, "light as a feather, stiff as a board" was more a definition of my brain post-slumberless all-nighers. :)
